Yandina Chamber of Commerce
The Yandina Chamber of Commerce is the local Yandina business representative. They are the official voice for the business and trade industries in Yandina, as recognised by all areas of government.
The Yandina Chamber of Commerce are heavily involved in the community and organise the annual Yandina Street Fair in August, and co-host the Yandina Christmas Carols every year alongside the Yandina Historic House and the Yandina Baptist Church.
The Chamber meets regularly on the second Tuesday of the month. Starting times and locations vary, so for more information, or to download a membership form, visit the Yandina Chamber of Commerce website.
Yandina Historic House
The Yandina Historic House is a living testament to Yandina’s rich history and artistic ability. They showcase many talented local artists that they feel represent the traditions of the House and Yandina, making local art accessible and a joy to all.
In addition to this passion, they also support the Plein Artists that come together during Art Week in August.
They are also a co-host of the annual Yandina Christmas Carols alongside the Yandina Baptist Church and the Yandina Chamber of Commerce.
YADCA (Yandina And District Community Association) is a community group that has a vision to develop the community into a better place to live.
YADCA meets monthly on the first Monday of the month at 7:30pm at the Yandina RSL Hall.
Yandina Baptist Church
The Yandina Baptist Church hosts many different community groups and events.
Wednesday Women is a special weekly group for women on Wednesday mornings from 9:30 to 11 at Connections, next to the church.
In this same space there is Playgroup, a teeming-with-fun gathering for little ones and their parents on Tuesday mornings from 9 to 11.
For the men, there is The Men’s Shed that meet weekly on Wednesday and Friday mornings around 8, and there are regular meet ups for men over breakfasts and other social events.
In addition, the Yandina Baptist Church and the Yandina Chamber of Commerce co-host the Yandina Christmas Carols every year next to the Yandina Historic House.
Yandina Community Gardens
The Yandina Community Gardens, or The Blue House, is a passionate community group dedicated to teaching people about sustainable gardening and practical ways people can grow their own food.
They are open every Saturday, Monday, and Tuesday, and run morning Workshops every month which are open to the community, as well as tours of the Gardens.
The Yandina Markets is a local market run by the community. Stalls sell fresh food, produce, plants and an assortment of household goods.
They are run every Saturday morning from 7am to 12pm at the Sports Complex on North Street.

Yandina Scout Group
The Yandina Scouts have groups that meet regularly for kids aged 6 to 15 years on Monday or Wednesday nights. They are continuously involved in the community and can be found in many community events.

Yandina hosts a spacious sporting complex with many different sporting clubs under its name. From Football, Soccer, and Tennis, to BMX riding, Cricket, and Softball, Yandina is the proud home for all its sporting teams.

Looking for a bit of fun to spice up your afternoons?
Visit the Yandina Bowls Club for an entertaining afternoon of lawn bowls. Open since 1956, the Bowls Club holds both social and competitive events, and every Sunday afternoon is Barefoot Bowls!
Then sit back and relax afterwards at the Bistro, with great tasting meals at affordable prices from 6pm (open Fridays). Their clubhouse is also available for hire.

Yandina School of Arts Hall
Built in 1916, the Yandina School of Arts Hall has always been an icon in Yandina, and it continues to serve the needs of the community. Many groups, including dancing, health and art groups, come to learn and share the space of the hall.

Originally built to be a Drill Hall in 1939, the Yandina/Eumundi RSL is dedicated to preserving the memory of Yandina’s military heroes and supporting our more recent ones.
They are open and friendly, and welcome members and non-members alike to hire their hall. Members meet every first Sunday of the month at 11:30am.
